Our history dates back to 1956 when my grandparents Mr. Eduardo Ortiz M. & Mrs. Ma. Luisa Rodriguez D., tired of working in the fields and wanting to give a better future to their family, decided to start a culinary family business, the which carried out the preparation of the secret family recipes (marinates, sauces, condiments and more) that today have led us to success at TACOS EL COMANDO
